Today, David led the charge up some pretty steep hills and at the end of the run he out sprinted me to the finish. David is a teacher of the principles of chi running and walking and is also an advocate of using Asea for performance, recovery and general health.
After the stress on the body of a hard 50k run, it was amazing to see how easily and comfortably David was able to run today. He had recovered completely from the 50k – a testimony to both the benefits of chi running techniques and Asea.
