How I Whipped A Cold.

The October theme for our Healthy Living Resources blog is Immunity.  I’ll start with a personal experience from last week.  I suddenly felt a head cold coming on on Tuesday; you know the feeling.  I very seldom catch a cold and we had a big weekend coming with special friends visiting from Montreal and Philadelphia and I didn’t want to be laid low. I immediately upped the dose of Nikken Kenzen Immunity capsules and doubled to two the number of ounces of Nikken Kenzen Ciaga I was using in hopes that I could ward off the cold.  On Wednesday I thought that the extra nutritionals had beaten away the cold and Nikken and I had won.

However, the cold hit pretty hard on Thursday, but did not interrupt my greeting and fully enjoying our Montreal friends who arrived that day. Our Philadelphia friends were arriving on Saturday afternoon and in the meantime I continued the Nikken regimen of Immunity and Ciaga.

Still feeling the effects of the cold, but not as much, I ran in a 5k cross-country race on Saturday morning.  In the evening we shared a delicious dinner with our friends at McLoone’s Rum Runner in Sea Bright, NJ. By dinner time I had the sniffles, but the cold symptoms were waning.

By Sunday I felt much, much better and today, Tuesday, the cold symptoms are completely gone.  Plus I went for a brisk 5 mile run this morning and felt great.

I strongly believe that the Nikken Immunity and Ciaga contributed mightily to both keeping the cold from being too severe and helped get it out of my system quickly.

More details about Nikken’s Kenzen Immunity and Ciaga will follow.

  1. We are big believers in Nikken’s Ciaga and Immunity too and we add in some Jade GreenZymes too. As good as the old Ciaga was I can’t wait to try the new CiagaV.

    • Nikken’s CiagaV, Immunity and Jade Greenzymes are a nutriitional foundation for good health and prevention of viruses, such as the common cold. As you know, Wayne, they can also be a solid foundation for helping others maintain good health while growing a healthy business.
